Xfinity Stream asking to connect to "in-home network", when I am

Hi,

I just had Xfinity internet, cable, and phone installed in my home today. I bought my own modem (Arris T25) and am using a Netgear Orbi mesh router system. We also temporarily used an Xfinity modem/router during the setup to troubleshoot an issue with our phone line.

I want to use Roku sticks w/ Xfinity Stream in different TV's throughout my house, however every time I log in it tells me that I need to be connected to my "in-home" wifi in order to use the app. This is frustrating because clearly, I am connected to my in-home wifi. It's the only wifi network I have in my home.

I'm not sure if this is because I also have Xfinity setup at my Florida property, under the same username. I have tried talking to customer service for hours on the phone, and they were no help. As well as Arris and Netgear customer service as well.

How can I designate my wifi as my "in-home" network?? Is this a modem issue? An account issue? A router issue? Thank you!
