Xfinity Stream App

What has happened in the last few weeks?? Load times for tv streaming is absolutely ridiculous, and that's even if it will work, which is rare.  Now I just keep getting error messages that say to try on-demand, which doesn't work either.  It's impossible to load any recordings.  I thought that maybe it was just my tablet, but it's the same on other devices. This app completely [Edited: "Language"] anymore and it's near impossible to find anywhere on their site where you can contact somebody about the app.  For the price we pay for Xfinity services, there's no excuses for the app to be just about as [Edited: "Profanity"] as ESPN's.

silver_wolf Thank you so much for reaching out for help with your Xfinity Stream app. That would be frustrating to not be able to access any content without an error. The Stream app does depend on connecting to your account to verify content as well as a good network connection to help with content authorization. With issues like you are describing, I would recommend starting with the Xfinity assistant for troubleshooting. Your Xfinity ID can be refreshed to ensure the online system has the correct account information as well as pick up any network or connection issues that maybe causing issues. Have you already attempted to troubleshoot using the Xfinity assistant? If so, do you recall what was recommended as your last step?
