Hello @user_rcuugl, I hope the day has been treating you well! We appreciate you reaching out and providing feedback on our Xfinity Stream app for smart TVs. I completely understand your frustration when you're paying for a premium service, you expect a premium experience that is on par with other streaming platforms.

We are always working to improve the customer experience. While I don't have a specific date for a complete rebuild, I can assure you that our product development teams are continuously making updates and enhancements based on customer feedback just like yours.
We are actively focusing on improving usability, stability, and feature parity. Your comments help us prioritize these updates. In the meantime, I can share some tips to ensure you're getting the most out of the current version, such as making sure your TV's firmware and the Xfinity Stream app itself are up-to-date.
Thank you for being a Xfinity customer and for holding us to a high standard.

That's great, but I really want to see results.  I constantly have to reinstall the Xfinity app on my Q series Samsung TV.  It is constantly buffering and stalling despite adequate server speed.  None of my other streaming apps do this including Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon Prime.  I also do not believe your streaming app delivers 4K.  Correct me if I'm wrong,, but the video quality never seems as sharp as it does with my other streaming services.  Hopefully this app improves over time.  I would bail on Xfinity and go to Hulu with live TV as it works well, the app is better designed,  but they don't offer all of my local channels in my area.
