Was told by tech that this upgrade

is causing widespread issues

Still ongoing Oct 4,

Was told tech would call back about

progress of fix and help me deal with

disru

What's the status of the fix? The stream app doesn't play smooth video on live TV.

user_4qy8au Thanks for reaching out to us today about your viewing issue. This was a known issue for many of our customers, and it has been fixed for many. Are you still having trouble with your stream app?

I  still did have problems after

being told system issue was resolved

I had to uninstall and reinstall the

Xfinity Stream App on  all

of my TV’s  and resign in to resolve

the problem 

It may have been a known problem

for some , however, after noting

my system was down, contacted

Agent in Chat and after an hour

I was told it was a widespread issue

Judging from the several

hundred people in the chat que,

I would say that many other customers were not aware of your

upgrade plan for Stream App

either

I can’t run the app through my tv. So I tried airplay to my tv but it throws an error and disconnects.
