Xfinity Stream app

Good day,

I cannot get past the purchase On my Xfinity streaming app. I have updated my TV, logged out, logged in, uninstalled reinstalled, and I still cannot get past the purchase screen. What can I do to fix this issue?

my new roku tv is an outside tv no wires app only but tvgo channel listed no live tv for any of my cable no local no history discovery a&e nothing but tvgo channels I never heard of. my app on my phone and table show every channel I have on my tvs with rented boxes how do I get all.my channels on the app forr my roku tv?
