Xfinity Stream App

My xfinity stream app is not working on apple TV or iphone. I cannot watch live TV on xfinity stream on my home network.

No. App opens normally on iPhone and Apple TV on local network. When I choose a channel to watch, it continually loads and I cannot open view channel.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling app. Signing out multiple times and it does not work

user_eio9ti Appreciate you providing the steps you've already taken. Just to rule out possibilities, have you tried going to the Xfinity Stream web portal to see if the same issue occurs there?
