Xfinity stream app

Cannot connect to xfinity stream app via the app directly or a roku. Trued all troubleshooting. Says I have to connect to. My home wireless.

For troubleshooting purposes, have you attempted to log into the Stream website (https://www.xfinity.com/stream/)? Also, please follow this link https://idm.xfinity.com/myaccount/lookup?execution=e1s1, to ensure you're logging in with the correct username attached to your account.

I am still unable to log in.  I even bought a new Roku and set it up but got the same error message that I am not on my home network....but I am!

same here keeps saying I can only  do it for in home.. my service is in new hampshire  but I am on vacation  in south carolina in a motorhome.. I have a roku tv. also

Hello, @user_hkq95q we certainly understand the importance of being able to enjoy your Xfinity Streaming services, there is a confirmed issues within the Stream app on Roku devices on their end caused by a software update to their devices. Roku is working to resolve it but it may take some time before a fix is implemented.
