Xfinity Stream App
I currently have the "Extra" TV service package with 125+ channels and the "Blast!" internet. I was told that I would have access to the channels that come with my package with the Xfinity Stream app, but as I navigate to "Live TV" - > "All Channels," I only have access to 13 channels. None of them are my local news station and 4 of them are the Halmark Channel. Please help me understand why I am unable to use the Xfinity Stream App?

Thank you for your quick response, I am having issues on the iPad Air (up-to-date), Roku and Samsung Smart TV all within my apartment streaming with the Blast Internet. None are working like I thought, they all have the same 13 channels, and I'm unable to watch anything on Streampix, and I have extremly limited access through the Network selection portion. I just logged in on the MacBook Air - and I get ALL of the channels I am paying for. What's up with this? Is Xfinity Stream only accessible on laptops? I just would like to know what I get with my subscription.

on what device were you using to stream? did you try a different device (smart phone/tablet/desk/laptop PC) to see if the issues is with one device? are you and the device physically located in your own home connected to your own home wifi and not using a VPN?

you nailed down the problem doing those checks. There is an issue in a database. call 800-Comcast, select tech support for cable TV. ask the agent to transfer you to the app support team. ask the team member to reprovision your streaming device entitlements. if someone talks about sending a hit to your home equipment they do not understand. this is for app/streaming website (which is working). if the team member seems confused ask for a supervisor.
