Xfinity Stream App
I have an Xfinity Triple Play Account and use a Gateway (XB6) and DVR (AR-AX014ANC) provided by Comcast. I use the Xfinity Stream App on my iPhone and my Ipad. The App works great to watch Live TV and to access recordings on my DVR. However, this week I had a problem with the App -- I was unable to access DVR recordings while using the App on my iPhone/iPad while in the home of a family member who has their own Triple Play Account. One workaround was to disconnect from my family members Wifi and use my iPhone as mobile hotspot, but that uses up my cellular data. Another workaround was to access programming using Xfinity on Demand, but those programs aren't available till next-day and can't fast forward through commercials. Please let me know how to fix Xfinity Stream App on an Xfinity WiFi Network so that I can resume access to my DVR Recordings using Xfinity Wifi Networks outside of my home.

I'm having basically the same issue on my andriod devices. I have reinstalled, logged out, everything that has been suggested on your site. I have not tried the work around, using cellular data is not an option.
