Xfinity stream app won't connect to my Roku even after I have entered the authorization code

I get an error code stating I can only connect via home network.   I am on my home network.   Also states I can  only  connect on a tablet, phone or computer

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the Stream app on your Roku. What if any trouble shooting have you tried?
