Xfinity Stream app stuck in sign in loop Xumo box

Xumo box seems to work fine for every single app except for Xfinity stream. I can watch Netflix and Hulu and everything else.  When I click on the purple Xfinity stream app it says sign in. I click on sign in it brings up a QR code which I scan with my iPhone asks me to sign in on my phone and then it says “Success.Your screen will update shortly.”

Screen updates and puts the sign in screen up again. What is going on with this? It’s been going on for like a week, I spent hours and hours on the phone and nobody seems to be able to figure it out.

Funny thing is it works on my smart TV, my iPad, and my iPhone. Just not on.xumo box.
