Xfinity Stream App stop working on Chromecast with Google TV device (Android 10)

Xfinity Stream App Stopped Working After Update

I found a couple of problems with the Xfinity Stream app:

1. Pixel 3 phone with Android 11. Black screen in Xfinity Stream app. It used to be app menu visible and selectable but black screen instead of video. After the latest update, even the menu is not visible. NOTE app working on old versions of Android (Android 7)

2. I am using the newest Chromecast with Google TV (Android 10) device. It has a USB connection with my Samsung TV.

Till yesterday I was able to run the Xfinity Stream app that I installed on the device.  After yesterday's Google update (still Android 10) the Xfinity Stream app is not working anymore. It gives an 'incompatibility' message.

NOTE: I am still able to cast the Xfinity Stream app from my other Android 7 phone to the TV using the Chromecast with Google TV device.

Is anybody seen such problems? Any recommendations?
