XFinity Stream App saying I'm not on my home network

I am trying to access live TV channels on my xfinity stream app and getting a message to connect to my home wifi.

I am using FireTV.

I am on my home network and the TV in a different room with the same amazon account, xfinity account, and on the same wifi works fine. I have deregistered the fire tv and readded, signed out of the xfinity stream app and resigned in, deleted the xfinity stream app and resinstalled, forgot the wifi and reconnected, all with no improvement. It works fine in the other room on the same network.

@user_gas62b Thank you for providing your troubleshooting steps that may assist the community! If you're still having issues after performing those tasks we would like to take a closer look at your account and possibly get a ticket created for our advanced support team to dive in further. If you could please send me a DM with your first and last name along with your full-service address, we can get started.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it

See https://comca.st/3KQF8q9 for an example.
