Xfinity stream app quit working

Our Xfinity stream app quit working over a week ago.  We’ve reset the tv, the modem and router, deleted and reloaded the app and chatted with Xfinity agent.  App is still not working with Apple TV.  Any other suggestions?

@user_zezkyt Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. I definitely understand the frustration if you were able to previously use the Stream app on your Apple TV. Have you recently made any changes, such as moving from a cable package to our NOW TV? Have you also attempted to uninstall the Stream app, check that the Apple TV is up-to-date for firmware, restart the TV and then reinstall the app?

We hadn’t made any changes prior to when it quit working.  We have tried resetting the tv and Apple TV box to make sure everything is up to date and have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.  I’m still getting the same message after trying to sign in with QR code on online.
