Xfinity Stream App Playback Preferences are different on Amzon Fire TV Stick 4K vs Laptop version
There appears to be a difference between my laptop version of the Streaming App (shown above) and the version I added to my Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K to work with my older (2016 LG TV model 55UH7700B). The laptop version has more playback preferences buttons, whereas the Fire Stick only has “Play Best Available”.
Why the difference? Are there 2 different versions? Please advise.
The above image is from my Fire TV Stick 4K, and it only shows "Play Best Available". The image is kinda funky, converted from HEIC to JPEG.
Have you seen this before?
I appreciate any help you can provide.

Thank you for reaching out to us here @Macuser4770. There can be a difference in the operating systems on those devices, that app will work with the most up to date on any device. If you would like us to look into any issue with the app send me a direct message with the full name and complete address for your service.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
