Xfinity stream app playback issues
I just recently installed the XFINITY stream app a few weeks ago and like most of the people on this forum I too I'm getting an error message every time I try to watch the app, regardless if it's live TV or recordings, I have a technician scheduled to come out hopefully he can help resolve it, I'm getting major buffering issues on my recordings

Xfinity technician just left found out that there was a dongle attachment on the service module for the main line for the neighborhood, after the technician removed the dongle the Xfinity stream app was working perfectly fine

What up everyone, through the stream app I go to my recordings (put my favorite show on, Dr Phil!!!) I find what I want to watch. Ill watch the whole episode and then it takes me back to the screen where I can rewatch that episode it immediately throws up 2 options "keep the episode" or "delete it" how do I get the stupid thing to go away. Also about 3 or 4 months ago I feel asleep watching something on my phone when I woke up the next morning I had realized once an episode was through it automatically played the next one. I want my phone to do that again please help the clueless... courtney
