Xfinity Stream App only showing about 5 channels.
This is the second time this week. I turn on my Xfinity Stream App at Home only to see that there are only 5 channels available to watch.

And I'm sorry to hear about the Xfinity Streaming App channel lineup issue you have been experiencing. Unfortunately, this is a known issue we are working to resolve. To send a Direct Message:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging chat" icon
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
