Xfinity Stream App on Smart TV not displaying any recordings

When App is launched on a Smart TV, there is no category for recordings - won’t even display any list of what you have recorded…

@user_ydauju Hi there, that shouldn't be the case. Since it's been a couple of days, are the recordings still not showing?

I know it shouldn’t be the case. I’ve been using Xfinity Stream for a long time to watch my recordings, but about 10 days ago - they stopped displaying. I’ve tried multiple TV’s, and iPads - no difference - no recordings. Yes, it is still that way even now
