Xfinity Stream App on Samsung TV cannot reset forgotten parental control PIN

Hi - posted about this over a year ago, spent hours on the phone with support and still no resolution.  Has anyone had success *resetting the parental control PIN for the xfinity stream app for a specific tv*?  Logging on to xfinity stream on my laptop *does not* fix this -- it only resets the PIN for my laptop.  I need to reset the PIN for the xfinity stream app that is downloaded for use on a particular tv since the PIN is device-specific.  The app does not seem to allow the account holder to reset the PIN if you do not remember your current PIN.
