Xfinity Stream app on Roku stopped working
Hi - I've been using the Xfinity Stream app on Roku for over a year with no problems. It was working just fine on Friday, and then I was away for a few days. Now I'm trying to use in this morning, and it wont work. I can get all the way through to select a channel to watch, but once I select the channel nothing happens. No error no nothing, just a black screen. This is happening on the my TCL Roku TV and my Streaming Stick. I have already gone through the process of deleting the app and reinstalling with the same issue occuring. Any thoughts? Nothing has changed with my service or internet in the last 3 days.

did you power-unplug the gateway/modem for 2-3 minutes and then try it again?

We tried looking into potential issues with your account, could you please verify if this has resolved today or does it still persist? Thank you
