Xfinity Stream app on Roku says it can only be used in home - but we are at home!
Just set up a Roku with the Xfinity Stream app, and I go to start it, but it says we are not on our in-home wifi.
Its a new home and all the cable runs aren't working yet, but really need to get this TV going. Any idea why Xfinity doesn't see its own service?

did you change the modem/gateway too? does a smat phone/tablet work on the same wifi at home to stream as in home?

Its a new modem, we still have the old house, its up for sale.
The modem was just recently activated, and no, other devices don't seem to work either.

call 800-comcast and select billing. ask the agent to update the account's gateway/modem serial number to match your new gateway.
