Xfinity Stream app not working.
My xfinity stream app has stopped loading both dvr recordings and live tv on both my Kindle Fire tablet and my Samsung android tablet. I have forced stopped, cleared cache, deleted and reinstalled app, but nothing has changed. This has been since the evening of Saturday, October 17, 2026.

Hello @user_rwpv3b have you tried a service refresh using the Xfinity Assistant? This does tend to resolve the issue. You will want to make sure you follow the prompt pertaining to the Xfinity Stream app. https://www.xfinity.com/xfinityassistant
