Xfinity Stream App not working

For the last 2 days we have not live tv due to Xfinity Roku not working here in Bloomfield, Connecticut…

I'm sorry to hear you're having issues with the Xfinity Stream app, but you have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

 

Can you tell me a little more about what's happening with the RoKu app? Are you having trouble signing in, or is the content not working correctly after signing in?

Contents is not working after I sign in … I deleted the app and loaded again but still not working .. I try in my iPhone same problem.. we have 4 tvs and same problem in all of them .. very frustrating… please help otherwise will need to look for other services.. thank you
