Xfinity Stream APP not working on Samsung S7

My xfinity stream app is not working.  I am in Florida and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice (still not working).  When I try to watching Live TV the three dots come up and it looks like it's going to play but it just sits there never playing or giving me an error code.  I am using my cell data (never used WiFi). It worked yesterday just fine. Netflix and IDGo plays fine. Any help will be appreciated.  Thanks

No, i have no other device to try it on. I checked again and still not working. It starts like its going to work, but just stays loading the three dots never connecting

no roku, desk/laptop PC, no android/apple phone or tablet?

idixon2, if the 3 loading dots aren't going away, it is an indication that your connection is not sufficient enough to support that app. You may want to try connecting to a wifi hotspot temporarily to test if that is the issue. If you have internet services with us, you have free access to the Xfinitywifi hotspots. You can use the Xfinity Hotspots app to help you locate the nearest network to try and connect to. Please give those steps a try and let us know what you find. I look forward to your update!

idixon2, as I have not heard back from you in some time, I have closed this thread to further comments. I hope you were able to find a stable network to connect to so you can enjoy the stream app, but if you still need assistance, please feel free to start a new thread.
