Xfinity stream app not working on Apple TV
I have Xfinity internet (1 GB) plan and it says I have free access to Xfinity stream. I downloaded the app on my phone and my Apple TV (that is connected to a Samsung TV). The app works fine on my iPhone but on my Apple TV, it keeps showing that I have to be on my home network to watch. I AM on the home network but it doesn’t recognize it. I have tried restarting Apple TV and deleting/ reinstalling app multiple times.
