Xfinity Stream App not woking on any tv in house
Our Xfinity Stream App stopped working all of a sudden about 3 days ago. The stream app works on cell phone and laptop but none of the tvs (3 in house). Have spent countless hours on phone with xfinity. they have submitted a ticket to their advance team on Fri but have heard nothing fom them yet???
I have tried uninstalling app, unplugging tv, unplugging and resetting modem/router, plugging all back in and adding the app back to the any of the tvs. Have entered the code on the authorization site and computer says it should be able to be accessed but all I get is the code TVAPP-00101 Any ideas of what to do?????
