Xfinity stream app not in synch with DVR

I am missing recordings after 11/14 and don’t see any scheduled recording at all on the App. I see all of this on our DVR. System refresh did not fix it. Tried on multiple mobile devices and all exhibit the same behavior.

I am having the same issue - all devices.  I have shows that recorded last night that aren’t showing on iPad or iPhone.  Restarting devices didn’t do anything.

So it looks like the app is now working and everything is back in synch. Not sure what was done.

Same here. Just started today. All my recordings are showing on my x1 box but only 3 are showing on the stream app. Restarting and resigning in did not fix.

@user_6bf34b Thank you so much for your comment for help with your DVR recordings. This thread is a bit old so and looks to be resolved already, so it may be best if you are running into issues to create a new post, so any new customers can locate your post if they are also having the same issues. For you, I would definitely recommend a DVR sync you can do it super easily on your end and only take a moment. On your X1 Tv box remote if you hit the Xfinity Button and use the right arrow to get the gear icon to access the settings. You can then use the down arrow to scroll down to Device settings. In device settings at the very bottom, you will see the option to Sync your DVR. When you hit okay on this option you will get the option to Sync DVR Now. This will update your recording library for you on the Xfinity Stream app.
