Xfinity Stream app not displaying all channels - one device only

The Xfinity Stream on my iPad suddenly will not display all of the channels  under Live TV > All Channels.  It is however working on my iPhone and PC.  I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:

 

  • Signed out and back into the app several times
  • Deleted and reinstalled the app several times
  • Created a new Xfinity user and signed in, no change
  • Logged out of all other devices, no change
  • Powered down and restarted my iPad
  • Used the "A" button on my X1 box to do a system refresh, no change

I contacted Xfinity tech support and the agent refreshed my channel lineup a few times, no change.

 

Any ideas?  Thanks!

Thanks for the reply and advice. I ended up being on the phone with support for 1.5 hours. The agents were very patient and apologetic for it taking so long. They had to escalate to engineering and they fixed it. Not sure what the fix was but it’s working now

There is an issue in a database. call 800-Comcast, select tech support for cable TV. ask the agent to transfer you to the app support team. ask the team member to reprovision your streaming device entitlements. if someone talks about sending a hit to your home equipment they do not understand. this is for app/streaming website. if the team member seems confused ask for a supervisor.
