Xfinity Stream app not displaying all channels - one device only
The Xfinity Stream on my iPad suddenly will not display all of the channels under Live TV > All Channels. It is however working on my iPhone and PC. I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:
- Signed out and back into the app several times
- Deleted and reinstalled the app several times
- Created a new Xfinity user and signed in, no change
- Logged out of all other devices, no change
- Powered down and restarted my iPad
- Used the "A" button on my X1 box to do a system refresh, no change
I contacted Xfinity tech support and the agent refreshed my channel lineup a few times, no change.
