Xfinity stream app not casting to tv
I have jumped through every hoop mentioned by every person on this forum. I have had interactions with xfinity people on the phone, when you finally get a person, scheduled a visit from xfinity tech who came to my home, visited an xfinity store where I was confronted by a very rude rep. who told me he "didn't even know what casting was". I asked to review my bill with him. He pulled it up on his screen, would not allow me to see it, told me my bill was fine. Its been a nightmare. A monopoly is right and my bill keeps climbing...Something has to be done. This is not the way to treat a long time customer. XFINITY--DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS !!!
