Xfinity stream app logout all users help.

I would like to have all users logged out of my xfinity stream app. I have not been successful getting anyone on the phone to understand what I’m trying to do. Can a support member contact me to resolve my issue.

@Jkc5013 Thanks for creating a post on our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received the help you need over the phone, but our team should be able to assist with deprovisioning your account. This would require you to log in on any device that you've signed into your Xfinity account on. Would you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

 

To send a Direct Message:

 

Ensure you are logged in

  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
    • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
    • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
