Xfinity stream app freezes while scrolling through guide for live TV

For the past week, my Xfinity stream app will freeze about every time I try to scroll within the guide for live TV. Problem happens on two different phones, with two different versions of the Xfinity stream app. Any ideas as to how to fix?

Same issue started midday Friday July 22nd 2022 on both my android phone and tablet. Freezes when scrolling past a certain point.

Northern Suburb of Detroit.

I work IT. Rebooting devices, clearing cache, reinstalling app didnt help.

Same issue here, Firestick/FireTV, Atlanta GA. Started maybe a week ago. App just freezes when scrolling through channels. Sometimes I can only get 5 down the list and it locks up, Firestick reboots and allows me to start the Xfinity app once again only to do the same thing. Cleared cache, rebooted Firestick, removed app, reinstalled app. etc. Not a wifi issue, TV's are within 15' of Gateway, two are actually within 7 feet. Had issue occasionally in the past and a simple reboot fixed it, now it appears nothing will. I'd like to be able to watch TV, I can do so using News apps, etc if available, but I'm paying for TV! Xfinity, based on the input you're seeing this isn't an isolated issue, fix it please.

Latest word is that Xfinity Stream Version 6.19 should fix the problem on Android-based devices. I cannot confirm this independently.
