Xfinity Stream App for IPAD

Recently my Xfinity stream app has stopped remembering recent channels.  This used to work and was a very helpful feature.  Is there something that I need to do with my IPAD to get this feature working again?

was able to solve this problem by performing a Clear History.  I was able to perform a Clear History by hitting the "..." three dots symbol that appears in the upper right while watching a channel then tapping the picture.  After hitting the three dots symbol it comes up with a more options window which includes recent channels.  Scroll down to the end of the recent channels list and hit the clear history button.

No.  It's still not retaining Recent Channels.  I know I was watching Bloomberg this morning, but tonight my Recent Channels still shows CNN/ABC/ESPNU... but no Bloomberg.  If I remember correctly I think those Recent Channels (CNN/ABC/ESPNU...) have been that way ever since this problem first started.  So for some reason they are not getting updated.   Is there a way to reinitialize the app so that it gets unstuck?  Do I have to uninstall/reinstall?
