Xfinity stream app broken
Im unable to use the stream app to watch anything. Im using a Samsung S24 ultra on my home network. Im able to surf the internet and use all other apps and web browsers successfully but when I try to use the xfinity stream app it just gets stuck on the loading page no matter what channel or dvr video I try to play. I've already tried logging in and out and reinstalled the app multiple times and restarted my phone multiple times. Im paying so much money and not receiving what im paying for.

@user_llfj55 Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Xfinity Forums for help with troubleshooting the Xfinity Stream app concern you're having. I know how frustrating it can be to not have your programming available how you want to enjoy it. Are you able to access the Xfinity Stream app via any other device, such as a tablet, smart TV or PC? Have you been able to previously use the Xfinity Stream app on the S24 Ultra?

Some people on the site mention known issues with the Stream App and Stream website lately. We're having issues playing shows and DVR playback always starting the show over and being unable to rewind or day forward. It seems to still be ok on the TV box. I have a hunch you might be having the same issue. Another thread mentioned engineers supposedly said October 10th fix to everything Stream.
