Xfinity stream app all scheduled recordings are gone
All was working fine until yesterday. My DVR recorded shows and went xfinity stream app the morning to watch and recordings were not there. And all scheduled recordings are gone. But it is all in the DVR box. Spent 4 hours this morning in chat with no help. Still not resolved. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

We're sorry to hear that you have some recent DVR recordings missing. May I ask if you have tried restarting your DVR box? Are you still able to access previous recordings or are all your recordings missing?
