Xfinity steam and 3rd party steaming shows no subscriptions
To whom can help,
Xfinity stream apps (online or samsung tv) and various other 3rd party apps like NBC (on android phone or android tv) show no content is available to steam because I'm not a subscriber. I have the Latino package with Digital Economy 100+ and verified the Xfinity Stream website to work on NBC while at a customer service center, but upon arriving home and activating the cablecard all the xfinity stream service shows QVC programming as the only networks available to me.
This does not make any sense to me and I hope someone can help. I've gone through Tier 2 support on a previous account that could not resolve this issue and recently started this account only to have it pop up again.
To whomever can help, thank you.

No tivobox, just an HDHomerun Prime.
Per comcast corporate statement 2/2019 https://corporate.comcast.com/press/releases/comcast-statement-on-xfinity-tv-and-streaming-devices":
"Customers can also access their subscription on the TV via the Xfinity Stream app for Roku devices and Samsung smart TVs (and soon LG and Sony smart TVs as well), or use their Xfinity credentials to authenticate more than 130 networks across more than 20 devices including Apple TV, Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Google Chromecast, and Xbox One, among others, or via CableCARD devices like TiVo. And Comcast Cable is actively in talks with other device manufacturers to distribute the Xfinity Stream app, under terms that are mutually agreeable, through the Xfinity TV Partner Program, which continues to enable us to efficiently and effectively expand the range of devices our customers can utilize to access their Xfinity TV subscription."
I'm in this group trying to stream services through Xfinity credentials...
