That's odd, the Xfinity Sports app should provide you with the scores to any sport games. Have you by any chance reset the cable box recently through the My Account app? How about a power cycle, have you tried that?

@LUCILLERUSSELL0 All season the MLB standings, and now the wild card race is missing from comcast. NCAA standings are available. NHL standings are missing as well as MLB. Clearly Comcast doesn't care because it's been a problem since the beginning of the season. They always have you trouble shoot your equipment but they know what the issue is but will never tell us. Digital cable was suppose to be better but I think we were better off with rabbit ear antennas without interruptions with live TV.
Same problem. And now it doesn’t show in game information for any game, the only options are favorite or upgrade to watch. What happened to the in game statistics, scoring, standings etc?
Yesterday Comcast said the problem was system overload due to Olympics coverage. 9 months ago they blamed it on the company that was delivering the data. And it too a loooooong time to even get them to understand what the problem was in the first place. I'd say they are pretty clueless or at best unconcerned.
Thank you so much for reaching out to us through our Xfinity Forum. I hate to hear this has been your experience and would love to investigate this for you!
Once the app is open, select the MLB tab at the top. You'll still be able to watch live TV on the left-hand side of the screen while viewing the score of all games previously played that day and games that are ongoing. Use the up and down arrow buttons to highlight the MLB game you would like to explore, and press the OK button to select it.
Use the right and left arrow buttons to cycle through Extras to view game previews, live coverage, statistics, postgame recaps and more.
@x1bad I am sure it's going to be a feature to subscribe to to make more money off customers. When something is popular and widely used then these cable companies monopolize customers to pay more. The X1 platform is not as good as advertised. Too many glitches, guide issues with the voice remote, missing sports information, the list is long.
@user_6cf198 You will never get the truth why they dropped the MLB team record standings and wild card information. They must get more money from the NCAA because the standings are available.

You're not understanding my question. The sports app doesn't show scores or information about games on the MLB network.

Why did Xfinity even show that the USMNT was playing tonight as it was on the standard EPN channel? Not the first time, third time.
