Xfinity Remote App Shows No Devices
I have an up to date iPhone and xfinity remote app. As of Wednesday, I can no longer manage my dvr recordings. I used to be able to see scheduled recordings, recordings, and priority manager. Now none of those will load. When I check my devices in the settings, it shows no devices. Nothing has changed with my account in the last few days. I would like to be able to set my dvr from my phone. Further, I keep getting the pop up saying I can manage my dvr from this app, but I cannot. Please help.
