Xfinity Live Stream not working.
I tried all the suggestions, but I still cannot watch the live stream on my iPad. I get Connection Error:: TVAPP-00251. My iPad is connected to my home internet. I can watch things on demand from HBO or Prime. It actually thinks I’m streaming live. When I go to Recently Watched, the channel I’m trying to watch shows up, but everything is gray.
I just upgraded my iPad to 16.4.1 last night, so I don’t know if there’s a compatibility issue.

Hi @user_2988ab, Thanks for reaching out to our community for help with your Xfinity Stream app experience. For Apple devices it should work on iOS 14.0 or later.
Did the error start soon as you updated your iPad?
Have you had time to uninstall and reinstall the app?
Which show are you trying to watch?
Are you seeing this error with everything on live?
