Xfinity issues going on 6 months.

Random outages of of xfinity streaming on my 1 5 years old Samsung TV. Everything else works.  Hours on the phone.  Told by xfinity techs 80% of this problem w Samsung televisions.  INTERNET sources keys in that the xf I nitynprigrammers are having coding issues.  Seems to be getting worse.  Has anyone taken this to a states attorney?
