Xfinity Beta channel guide LG

When using Xfinity Beta on my LG TV, I cant ever get back to guide. I’m stuck on a channel and can’t go back. Only option is to delete app and reinstall app. Not ideal for just wanting to change channels

The back button does not work on it either. However back button works on other apps.

Hey there, I am so sorry to hear you are having issues with our Beta app. I know how frustrating it can be to use these apps prior to their final build as they do come with bugs in the beta stage. Does this happen every time you try to change the channel? And is this only with the guide?
