Xfinity beta App not working agaib

Hello,

My xfinity beta app doesn't work. It goes straight to a black screen and then eventually says check network connection with error -7. All the other apps have internet and work fine. It is infuriating. Please help xfinity I'm almost done with your company

Hi there @user_788498, I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the Stream app!

 

Can you please let us know some detail about the issue you are seeing? Is this happening on your phone, computer, TV, or another device? Have you already attempted closing out the window and reopening (or closing and reopening the app), trying a different browser, clearing cache and cookies, and rebooting the device completely?
