Xfinity App
I have a problem getting sound when using Xfinity App with my Roku Ultra and TV to view recordings of NBC Nightly News. The recordings are made using my Xfinity DVR. This problem occurred two weeks ago and again tonight. Work around requires steps listed below. Have you had this problem with sound when using Xfinity App? If yes, how have you resolved?

WORK AROUND TO RESTORE SOUND
1. Request Xfinity Advanced Technical Support to reprovision modem
2. Re-set Roku Player to Factory Defaults
3. Re-install Xfinity App
4. Start playback of recording and turn on Video Description and Secondary Audio (and turn off close captioning)
