Xfinity app says “no channels in plan” Even though I do and have been using for 1+ years.

Hello, @user_0635ab! Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. And for letting us know about your Xfinity Stream App channel concerns. Are you currently connected to your home network? What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far? Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?
