Xfinity app on Roku

The app opens and then takes me to main screen but then closes and goes back to Roku Home Screen. Deleted and reinstalled twice. Still same issue.

Xfinity on Roku stopped working last night. Feels like the old Vizio interface issue which means it's Xfinity's issue. Not happy!

Xfinity stream initialize upon opening but disconnects or desync once initializing is complete on my Roku3. This began last night and has not resolved itself. All the other apps work just fine on the Roku. I need this to be resolved, especially for the the price we are paying monthly! Pls help!!

Xfinity Stream opens on both Roku devices and immediately shuts down.  Same experience after deleting and reinstalling app.  Started the evening of 11/1 and persisting.

Tried every possible answer. Updated software on both Roku and Stream and regular Xfinity app.

No error codes on either tv.

Unplugged, restarted modem, unplugged restarted TVs and Roku sticks. Nothing works.

I select the app,and it doesn't start or load..called xfinity 3 hours ago issue still not resolved . For all the money they charge for services ..what a disappointment.

The xfinity app is not working with Roku streaming only (shutting off and on). IXfinity app works fine with Amazon fire. So it’s Roku.

I am not able to stream xFinity at my house.  I have 3 different Roku devices and the app just keeps restarting.  I have powered down my Roku's, restarted it from their app, removed the xfinity app, reinstalled and logged in again.  Still same issue.  I tried to watch Fox Business from my computer and it is not working either.  I select my provider and entered credentials several times but it keeps going back to the select provider screen.

Help!!

I cannot open the Xfinity app on my Roku device on 2 tv's. I have performed all of the trobleshooting steps to get it to work and it still will not open! [Edited: "Language"]. WE ALL PAY TOOO MUCH FOR THIS TO HAPPEN!

I just tried to connect to Xfinity on my Roku and it worked... Hopefully its ok now

I was having the same issue, I just restarted Roku and it's working now :) 9:39 AM EST
