Xfinity App on Roku

Good afternoon,

I have six Roku devices, all have the Xfinity streaming app and three days ago they all stopped working.  I'm getting an error 500.  I have resetted all the devices; uninstalled and reinstalled.  I have the latest version and no other app has issues.  As an IT professional, has there been an update or some sort.  I'm running 6.9.  Is there a way of downgrading to a lower version?  I spoke to Roku and they say that it is an Xfinity problem.

Hello, and thank you for bringing this to our attention. That is strange all of them are impacted, and you have not found any relief by restarting. Can you confirm they are connected to your in home network, also, are you able to access xfinity.com/stream on another device at this time?

I got it corrected.  I logged into my account on a PC and refresh my cable modem.  Unplugging it does seem to work, but nevertheless, it is working.  Refresh also fixed some other issues I was having with dropped connection, network speed, and lost packets.
