user_gru95l The Xfinity Stream app would require that you are connected to your home WiFi network in order to use an eligible Apple TV. Please let us know if that may be related to the issue, or if you are receiving an error message/code or other issues with the Stream app.
Gotcha. Sorry for the confusion. Unfortunately, the NOW TV subscription will not be accessible through Apple TV at this time. We can also assist with shipping a XUMO Streaming box so you have access to your live channels if you'd like.

I just purchased an Apple TV 4 K+WiFi and cannot log in to several of my Xfinity apps, which I have purchased through Xfinity, mainly Xfinity Stream, Paramount+, Stars, Showtime, and others... Are there any additional details about this?
user_ml9svj, Thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support. The Xfinity Stream app is compatible with your Apple 4K devices that support tvOS version 15 or later. However, to use the app, your Apple TV must be connected to your in-home Xfinity WiFi network. You cannot access the app through other networks, including Xfinity WiFi hotspots. Therefore, ensure your Apple TV is connected to your Xfinity home network for proper functionality.

If the Xfinity Stream app isn't working on your Apple TV, ensure your Apple TV is connected to your in-home Xfinity WiFi network, as the app requires this for licensing and content security. If that doesn't resolve the issue, try updating the app and your Apple TV's operating system, restarting the device, and logging out and back in to the app. If you're still having trouble, you can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app, or resetting your Apple TV to factory settings.

My app says package is not ready on this device… Apple TV 4K. Xfinity internet. Same WiFi network. Rebooted. Deleted and reinstalled. No luck.
