Xfinity App not recognizing home network.

My xfinity app is again not recognizing my home network. It worked for a few days then stopped, worked for a few days then stopped. This seems to be an ongoing issue with the xfinity system. It is not an equipment issue it is in the app or xfinity comcast system itself. I am paying for service that I am only able to use part time.  Signed out/signed in, restarted modems/routers, removed, and reloaded the app itself, and the same thing occurs.
