Xfinity App not allowing to fast forward
When a recording is still recording, the App crashes when I try to fast forward. The App works for recordings that are finished, but not while the recording is in progress. This issue has been going for a month. Any fixes?

Good evening user_xvznzq. I can understand where that would certainly be frustrating. Have you already deleted and uninstalled the app off of your device, and resinstalled it?
