Xfinity app not allowing start over function while recording is in progress

I'm using the Xfinity Stream beta app on Roku to watch the Today show in my home but on a device that doesn't have a Xfinity box.  Every morning for the last month or so I haven't been able to start watching my recording until the recording is over unless I want to start wherever the recording is in progress.  I have to wait until the show is done recording before it'll allow me to watch from the beginning.  I've tried clicking on the "start over" button and it doesn't do anything.  I've tried to hit the back button repeatedly and it generally just shuts down the app because of how much I'm trying to go backwards.  I used to be able to watch the recording without any issues regardless of when I was trying to tune in but now it's been an on-going issue for me continuously.  Anyone else experiencing this?

Hello @briac! Is this issue still happening when trying to watch your recordings? You mentioned this happens during recordings of the Today Show, but does this happen with any other recording? What self-troubleshooting steps have you taken already? One of the first and probably easiest to do would be to remove the Beta app from the Roku channel listing and then re-install it. If the app is not up-to-date, then this will install the latest version. Can you try this and let me know if it helps?

@XfinityAlfonso Hi Alfonso - yes the issue is still happening.  I removed the app from the list and reinstalled it and whenever I try and restart the show while it's recording it only will take me to where it currently is in progress.  I also tried it on Sportscenter and the same thing happened.  The "start over" function isn't working.
