Xfinity app is more glitchy than ever on 2019 Samsung Q7

Two service calls, countless remove and reinstall app, scores of reboots of WiFi and many turn unplug WiFi AND turn off TV overnight. Problem is happening more frequently and the fixes mentioned above that once helped don’t work any more. Xfinity screen is blank.
I will be changing services if problem isn’t resolved by Super Bowl Sunday.
